What are the clothing requirements?
Considering both regional traditions and practical requirements, choose appropriate clothing for your skydiving experience. We provide essential safety equipment, including protective helmets and special goggles. Recommended attire includes: Athletic shorts that extend to cover harness contact points. Safety footwear is mandatory – opt for lace-up sneakers or athletic shoes, avoiding those with metal parts. Avoid wearing light-colored clothing due to the possibility of staining. Prohibited items include: Low-cut tops, bare shoulders, collared shirts, beachwear, midriff-baring tops, open-toed shoes, or high-heeled shoes.
Do weather conditions affect skydiving?
Yes, that's correct. While our location generally has favorable conditions, certain weather conditions such as limited visibility, rain, or strong winds (especially at high altitudes) may cause schedule changes. If adverse conditions persist, flight cancellation may be necessary. In such cases, we offer flexible options such as rebooking on the next available date or a full refund.
Is skydiving safe?
Our facility utilizes state-of-the-art safety equipment, including advanced Automatic Activation Devices (AADs) that enable automated parachute deployment under continuous professional monitoring. Each member of our tandem instructor team undergoes a rigorous selection, training, and certification process. Our parachute equipment is maintained with exceptional care under the supervision of FAA-certified technicians, and our aircraft adhere strictly to the industry's most stringent safety requirements.

It is strictly forbidden for individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs to participate in skydiving activities. Furthermore, participation may be restricted for individuals with irregular blood pressure or certain health conditions.
Can I learn to skydive on my own?
When you enroll in our Accelerated Freefall (AFF) program, you will receive comprehensive training from our professional training team before beginning your certification journey.
Do you pick us up from our hotel at the start of the tour and drop us off back at our hotel at the end?
Yes, we pick you up from your hotel at the start of the tour and drop you back off at your hotel at the end. According to hotel rules, you must wait by the hotel's security gate (not in front of the lobby) at the pick-up time written on your ticket.
What is included in the tour price and how can I access the tour itinerary?
When you click on the tours, prices, details, included items, and the tour program will be displayed in writing. You don't need to ask again.
Which currencies can I use to pay?
We accept Euros, Dollars, Turkish Lira, and British Pounds. We calculate the amount by searching on Google on the day of the tour (you can also calculate it yourself). We only accept cash. Credit cards are not accepted.
How can we find out the tour transfer time from our location? After you make your reservation, we will inform you of your transfer time and provide your free transfer. At the end of the tour, we will drop you back off at your hotel.

How can I cancel or change my reservation?

You can cancel up to 24 hours before the tour time. For last-minute cancellations, you will need to pay 50% of the tour fee because the bus has reserved and prepared a seat for you. Illness and unawareness are not accepted as reasons for cancellation.

Do I need to give my room number? There's no obligation, but if we can't find you at the address you provided, we can easily contact you using your room number. How can you contact us at the hotels? Due to entry restrictions at some hotels, we inform our guests that they will need to wait outside; however, if we cannot find you there, we can easily contact you by making an announcement or by calling reception to your room.
